Become a Mentor

One trusted adult can change a trajectory. MARKED 360 mentors are not just volunteers — they are the most critical element of the program. If you are ready to show up, we are ready to equip you.

The Role of a MARKED 360 Mentor

A MARKED 360 mentor is a consistent, accountable presence in a young person's life during a structured program cycle. You are not expected to have all the answers — you are expected to show up, listen, and model what it looks like to live with purpose and integrity.

  • Show up consistently for your assigned participant throughout the program
  • Participate in MARKED 360 mentor training before beginning
  • Maintain appropriate adult-youth boundaries at all times
  • Communicate openly with program staff about your participant's progress
  • Model the values of accountability, integrity, and purpose
  • Respect participant confidentiality within the limits required by law

The Process

01

Apply

Complete the MARKED 360 mentor application. Tell us about yourself, your background, and why you want to invest in the next generation.

02

Screening

All mentor candidates undergo a background check and screening process. This is non-negotiable — the safety of our participants depends on it.

03

Training

Approved mentors complete MARKED 360 mentor training covering program expectations, appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, mandatory reporting, and how to support your participant effectively.

04

Commitment

Mentors commit to the full program cycle — typically 90 days — with consistent, structured engagement. Reliability is one of the most powerful things you can offer a young person.

Ready to Make a Difference?
