Our Commitment
Youth Safety
The safety, dignity, and well-being of every young person we serve is the foundation of everything we do at MARKED 360. We hold ourselves to high standards — and we hold our people accountable to them.
Screened & Trained Mentors
Every MARKED 360 mentor and facilitator undergoes a thorough screening process before working with young people. Training covers appropriate adult-youth boundaries, confidentiality, mandatory reporting obligations, and safe program conduct.
Safe Program Environments
Our programs operate in structured, supervised settings. We maintain appropriate adult-to-youth ratios, ensure visible and accountable supervision, and design every program environment to minimize risk and maximize trust.
Appropriate Boundaries
MARKED 360 maintains clear, consistent boundaries between adults and youth participants. One-on-one contact outside of structured program settings is not permitted. All interactions are conducted with transparency and accountability.
Confidentiality & Safety Limits
We respect the privacy of participants. However, confidentiality has limits: information suggesting a young person is at risk of harm to themselves or others will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law. Participants and families are informed of these limits.
Incident Reporting
MARKED 360 takes all reports of misconduct, boundary violations, or safety concerns seriously. Any concern involving a participant, mentor, facilitator, or program environment should be reported promptly.
Reports are reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable law and our organizational commitment to accountability. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
Emergency situations
If you believe a young person is in immediate danger, contact 911 or your local emergency services immediately. This website is not an emergency service.
Our Commitment to Applicable Standards
MARKED 360 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable child-safety laws and requirements in the jurisdictions where we serve. This includes mandatory reporting obligations, appropriate supervision standards, and participant privacy protections.
