For Families
Parents & Families
You know your young person better than anyone. MARKED 360 is here to partner with you — not replace you. Here is what you can expect when your family is part of our community.
What Families Can Expect
Clear Communication
Families receive information about program schedules, expectations, and updates. We believe parents and guardians are essential partners — not bystanders — in the development of their young person.
The 90-Day Model
MARKED 360 operates on a structured 30/60/90-day model with measurable milestones. Families can expect a clear beginning, defined checkpoints, and a purposeful conclusion with next steps for continued growth.
Family 360™
Family 360™ is MARKED 360's family engagement component. We recognize that lasting change happens when the family environment supports the young person's growth. Family 360™ provides resources, connection, and community for the people who matter most.
Mentorship You Can Trust
Every mentor in the MARKED 360 network is screened, trained, and held to clear standards of conduct. Mentors are matched intentionally and supported throughout the program. Your young person will never be placed with an unvetted adult.
Safety First
All MARKED 360 programs operate in structured, supervised environments. We maintain appropriate adult-youth boundaries, visible supervision, and a zero-tolerance approach to misconduct. See our Youth Safety page for full details.
Participant Expectations
MARKED 360 is a commitment — not a drop-in program. We ask that participants and their families understand and support the following expectations:
- Attend scheduled program sessions consistently
- Engage respectfully with mentors, peers, and facilitators
- Complete assigned activities and reflections
- Communicate openly with their mentor and program staff
- Represent MARKED 360 with integrity inside and outside the program
