Commitment Expectations
Mentors are expected to commit to the full duration of a participant's program cycle — typically 90 days — with consistent, structured engagement. Consistency is not optional; it is the foundation of the mentorship model.
Volunteers are expected to fulfill the specific commitments made at the time of placement. Cancellations and no-shows directly impact participants and are taken seriously.
All youth-facing assignments are subject to MARKED 360's applicable screening, reference checks, safeguarding training, professional-boundary requirements, and final approval before any youth contact. Background-check identity information is collected separately through an approved secure screening process — not through this application.
